They have a wealth of imformation to offer you about Rye and the surrounding area, and will be pleased to help you with any queries or special requirements you have throughout your stay.
Order chocolates and flowers for your room, or purchase wines or champagne from our well stocked wine cellars. We are pleased to source any other gifts or surprises ready for your arrival or throughout your stay. You can even arrange to arrive in style and be picked up from your home, the railway station, ports or airports in our vintage Rolls Royce as a complimentary part of a holiday package.

"We stayed at your hotel on sat night (rooms 2 & 3) and we thought we must compliment you and your staff on the way you run your hotel, from the moment we arrived to when we left everyone was very polite and helpful,even the man painting room 5 stopped to have a chat with us,we also thought all the little special touches in the rooms were fantastic, robe, slippers magazines etc etc, you have put a great deal of thought in making your guests feel special, it\'s a shame we were only in Rye for one night ,thanks again from the 4 of us.
