Classic Rooms at Rye Lodge feature decor and furnishings personally designed and selected by your host, and Rye Lodge's founder, Kerry de Courcy. His years of experience as a hotelier ensure that every little thing our guests could need has been anticipated. Easy chairs and a table offer a place to relax or take refreshments, and you can organise your personal grooming products, correspondence or excursion planning at the large desk/dressing table with its illuminated mirror. The fully stocked mini-bar will be replenished throughout your stay - just let us know of any favourite items you may wish to add. In addition to the hospitality tray for tea and coffee, room service are pleased to bring drinks, snacks or meals to your room if you wish. All Classic bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom.
Chocolates, flowers, champagne or wine or many other gifts or surprises can be ordered when you book, ready for your arrival.
Rooms 17, 18 and 19 are arranged over two levels and are conveniently adjacent to the Venetian Leisure Centre with its swimming pool and spa bath – complimentary use of the leisure centre is an exclusive benefit for all Rye Lodge guests.
Guests who would like to enjoy a private balcony, who require a more spacious room without stairs, or who simply seek the most luxurious of our rooms may wish to view our Superior Deluxe rooms. The Champagne Room, with views over the estuary is often booked for a Rye honeymoon or to celebrate a special anniversary. Our most spacious room, The Collegiate Room also offers the option of additional beds for children, with plenty of space to work, meet, or entertain visitors.
